Symphony Church is excited to host AMI Institute 2025, and we’d love for many from our church family to join in and be part of hosting our AMI brothers and sisters!

There are plenty of ways to serve—whether it’s hospitality, transportation, meal prep, fellowship hangouts, or setup/cleanup, your support will help make this a meaningful experience for everyone.

AMI Institute will take place over two weeks, with serving opportunities available throughout:

Week 1 (5/26-5/30): A larger group of new AMI staff, leaders, and 1YR interns
Week 2 (6/2-6/6): Dedicated training for our cohort of 1YR interns

Volunteer Opportunities

How would you like to serve and take part in blessing our AMI guests?

We recommend choosing at most two items. The goal is not for a few to serve the many, but for many to serve the few.

*** We'll need the most volunteers for Hospitality and Meal Prep!

Hospitality*** (serving meals and snacks)

Meal Prep*** (there will be a few meals that we'd like to prepare as a church!)

Transportation (airport pick-up/drop-off, daily transpo from/to hotel)

Fellowship Events (hanging out with AMI guests during the downtime)

Setup/Cleanup (we'll need a rotation of folks to help with setting the space up and more importantly cleaning up, which includes taking out trash & recycling)
